When you register for orientation, mentoring, or volunteering, we collect contact and academic information including student name, parent/guardian name and phone, WhatsApp number, school, district, medium, A/L year, and course interest.

2. How we use information

We use this information to contact you about our programs, coordinate orientation sessions and mentoring, send class updates via WhatsApp, and improve our services. We require parent/guardian consent for all school student communications.

3. WhatsApp communications

We communicate primarily via WhatsApp. Inbound messages may be logged to coordinate enrollment and support. Do not share sensitive personal information over WhatsApp.

4. Data storage and security

Data is stored securely with row-level access controls. Only authorized administrators can view or update student and lead information.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We do not share data with third parties except as needed to run our programs (e.g. payment verification) or to comply with the law.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp.
