Monthly tuition is payable in advance. Refunds are at the academy's discretion.

Students and parents agree to respectful behavior in all online interactions. Misuse may result in removal from programs.

5. Responsible AI use

Students must use Generative AI tools responsibly, follow school policies, and never submit AI-generated work as their own where prohibited.

6. Independence disclaimer

Smart Swarm Academy is an independent education platform. Instructors and mentors participate in their personal capacity. The academy is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any employer or technology company.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smart Swarm Academy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
